Claire Eliassen, MA, LPC
I love being a therapist because I get to work with amazing clients and journey alongside as you find health, meaning and self-confidence. It is a privilege to work with you and be a small part of your life. I've been a therapist for over 7 years and love helping clients feel empowered and rejuvenated to face adventures. Working with children professionally for over 15 years I have found that using play therapy is like speaking a child's language. I have worked in a variety of settings: private practice, community mental health, schools, and overseas. Credentials/Education: Licensed Professional Counselor, since 2014 MA in Community Counseling, 2011 EMDR Basic Training, 2016 Various Play Therapy Trainings, Play Therapy Institute of Colorado, since 2012 TFCBT, Kempe Center, 2011 Approved Clinical Supervision, Level 1 Training, 2017 Personally, I love to spend time with my family and friends, gardening, reading, laughing, being outside, as well as doing creative things like making my own pickles and sewing. I would be honored to be a part of your audacious journey. |
